What we collect

When you request a field guide, we collect the email address you submit, your consent timestamp, the guide requested, the relevant profession, and the signup source. We do not require a site account.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the guide you requested and, when you consent, send occasional practical AI emails related to your profession and this channel. We do not sell subscriber information.

Services involved

The public website is hosted through Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated form abuse, and Resend stores subscriber records and delivers email. Those providers may process limited technical information needed to host the page, verify a submission, deliver email, and report delivery status.

Your choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to an email from us to request access, correction, or deletion of your subscriber information.

Tracking

We are not launching with advertising trackers or cross-site profiling. Basic hosting and email-delivery logs may still be generated for security, reliability, and delivery reporting.

This notice describes the launch setup and will be updated if the data practices or service providers change.
